Merlot 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%

Deep quaternary gravels.

Aged 18 months in small French oak barrels, 50% new.

Tasting Notes:
This Margaux introduces a deep ruby color with purple shades, elegant with roasted coffee notes, moka, tobacco and black fruits on the nose. The palate is very delicate with shiitake mushroom, garrigue, red currants and cigar box notes that combine with the bright sense of minerality.

Organic since 2011 on the Haut-Médoc and Margaux terroirs, the wines of Chateau Meyre are distinguished by their delicacy and gourmandise. In 2020, the work of the Chateau’s team will once again be rewarded with the “Cru Bourgeois Supérieur” title.
